Sunstar Pacific Ltd. Is a company domiciled in Hong Kong as liaison and sales & development office. Our factory is specialized in all kinds of garment with an annual output of 12 million pieces/suits. We produce samples and/or products based on designs of our clients (OEM) and provide designs for clients to place sample and/or production order (ODM).

Our company adheres to a strict and scientific approach to management practice together with a talented & creative design team as well as more than 4,000 skillful workers. We own 6 standard working buildings (about 40,000 squares meter) in the industrial city. In addition, we have our own embroidery factory with state-of-the-art sewing machines to cater our large scale productions.

In order to advance the automation level, we have developed our independent computer paper pattern & marker room which can greatly increase our productivity. Moreover, our independent sample room is about 1,200 square meters. All of the sample procedures such as pattern paper making, size grading, pattern editing, sample cutting, sample sewing and finishing are done in this room.

Our teams of more than 400 well-trained and experienced quality control personnel are responsible for monitoring the progress of production and ensuring the quality standard of each order.
